Your “payment email address” is the email address used to receive order receipts. You can change it using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Change It During Checkout

Tap 【Profile】 in the lower-right corner → Under 【My Diamonds】, tap 【Top Up】→ Select the Diamond package you want to purchase → Select a payment method → Tap 【Order Details】 in the lower-left corner → Enter the email address where you want to receive the receipt in the 【Enter Email（Receive Order Information）】 field.

Method 2: Change It in Settings

Tap 【Profile】 in the lower-right corner →【Settings】→【Manage Profile】→【Account】→【Payment】→【Credit Card Information】→【Order Receipt Email】, then enter the email address where you want to receive receipts.

💡 Payment email address ≠ Login account: This setting only determines where your order receipts are sent. It does not change your login account or the email address used to sign in.

To change your login email address, please refer to: How Do I Link or Change My Login Methods?

⚠️ When Does the Change Take Effect?

After changing your payment email address, the new address will not take effect until your next top-up transaction is completed successfully. The update works as follows:

When your next top-up transaction is successful, the system will update the receipt email address to the new address. For example, it will change from Email A to Email B.

If the transaction fails, or you have not completed another top-up transaction after making the change, the receipt email address will remain as Email A.

Receipts sent before the update will remain in Email A. They will not be forwarded or transferred to Email B.

In other words, changing the email address on the Settings page alone does not complete the update. The new address only becomes active after your next successful top-up transaction.
