SWAG live streams can be understood from two perspectives: “billing mode” and “live stream type.” Billing mode, including public live stream, paid live stream, and limited-time show, determines how fees are charged. Live stream type, including video live stream and audio live stream, determines whether video footage is shown. These two can be combined freely. The actual billing method is subject to what is displayed in the live room.
Three Billing Modes
Public Live Stream (Free)
You can enter and watch for free, use the chatroom, send gifts, and interact through commands.
Paid Live Stream
Paid live streams are charged by the minute. And diamonds are deducted minute by minute based on how long you stay in the live room. The actual price per minute is subject to the amount shown on the streamer’s paid live interface at that time.
Diamond deduction timing: When you enter the live room, the system will immediately charge the diamonds for the first minute of viewing. When there are about 25 seconds left in the first minute, the system will pre-deduct the diamonds for the second minute. After that, diamonds will be deducted every minute following the same rule until you leave the live room.
Pre-deduction method for Private Invitation:
One-on-one private live stream: 5 minutes of diamonds will be pre-deducted at once when the invitation is sent. After the streamer accepts, this will become the viewing fee for the first 5 minutes. From the 6th minute onward, deductions will follow the rule described above. The one-on-one rate is set by the streamer.
If the streamer rejects the invitation or does not respond before it expires, the pre-deducted diamonds will be automatically returned to your account balance and recorded in your log.
Reminder | Why does the diamond deduction time in the log look slightly different?
The system uses a mechanism that pre-deducts the next minute before the current minute ends. In addition, device time and server time may not be fully synchronized, and network delays may also occur. Therefore, the time shown in the log may sometimes be slightly later than the actual deduction time. A time difference within 20 seconds is considered normal and does not affect the actual diamond deduction amount.

Limited-Time Show
During the ticket-funding period opened by the streamer, you can purchase a ticket to enter and watch that limited-time show.
If the ticket goal is not reached or the streamer disconnects, the system will automatically return diamonds equal to the ticket value to your account balance. For example, if you purchased a 1,200-diamond early bird ticket, 1,200 diamonds will be returned; if you purchased a 1,800-diamond ticket, 1,800 diamonds will be returned, and so on.
Two Live Stream Types
Video Live Stream
This is the most common type of live stream, where you can see the streamer’s real-time video.
Audio Live Stream 🎙️
This is an audio-only live stream type with no camera. After entering, you will not see video footage. Instead, you will see the streamer’s circular profile photo and radial sound waves surrounding the avatar. The sound waves move in real time with the streamer’s voice. It is suitable for listening before sleep, during commuting, or while doing other things.
The sound wave color represents the streamer’s current status:
White: Normal status. The streamer is accompanying everyone with their voice.
Yellow: The streamer has received a “Teasing Performance” command and is about to perform for you.
Pink: The streamer has received a “Vibration Control” command. The show is starting.
How can I find audio live streams?
Live stream list: Audio live stream cards will display a dedicated audio live stream label, with the streamer’s profile photo in the center, making them easy to recognize at a glance.
Filter function: A new “Audio Live Stream” tag has been added under “Live Stream Topics” in the live stream filter. You can select it separately or combine it with other tags to quickly find the voices you want to listen to.
Billing and features for audio live streams: Audio live streams also support Private Invitation, including one-on-one and multi-user private modes, as well as limited-time shows. The billing method is the same as described above. You can also send a Private Invitation directly to a streamer in an audio live stream. The interaction features are the same as regular live streams, including chatroom messages, sending gifts, Teasing Performance, Vibration Control, sharing, and following. Nothing is missing; the only difference is that the streamer responds to you through voice.
Two Interactive Commands
The interactive menu at the upper right of the live room provides two types of commands:
Teasing Performance (Command)
You can request specific streamer actions, such as waves, earthquakes, bunny ears, kisses, and more. This can be used across all live stream types and billing modes.
Before sending, the system will display a “Send Command” confirmation window: The window will show “Confirm payment?” and list the command name, duration, and required diamond amount. Please confirm everything is correct before tapping “Confirm.” Once a command is confirmed and sent, the deduction is completed and diamonds cannot be returned.
⚠️ About “Do not remind me again; pay directly”
If this option is selected in the confirmation window, the confirmation window will no longer appear when you tap a command in the future, and payment will be completed directly. Please consider carefully before selecting this option to avoid accidental taps and unexpected deductions.
Want to restore the confirmation window? You can use either of the following methods:
In the menu at the bottom right of the homepage, under “Profile Center,” tap “Refresh ⟳.”
Go to the “Settings” page, swag.live/settings, and tap “Refresh ⟳.”
After refreshing, the confirmation window will be displayed again.
⚠️ In audio live streams, please confirm the command content before sending
Audio live streams only have sound and do not include video footage. Therefore, commands that mainly rely on visual presentation, such as “show legs” or “show chest,” cannot produce visible effects in audio live streams. Please read the command name and content carefully before tapping.
⚠️ After entering a limited-time show, the limited-time show theme will take priority. The countdown for Teasing Performance commands will be paused and will continue after the show ends.
Vibration Control (Command)
This allows you to remotely control the streamer’s toy. After the toy receives the command, it will start automatically.
Paired: Clickable command buttons will appear in the list.
Not paired: After tapping, the list will display “Streamer toy not connected.”
Audio Live Stream Notes
Audio live streams do not have video footage throughout the entire stream. This is normal and does not mean there is a problem with your network or device.
When the streamer is temporarily not speaking, the sound waves will return to a still white status. This does not mean the streamer is offline or that the connection has been interrupted.
Before tapping a Teasing Performance command, please confirm whether the command is suitable for audio-only listening. Once a command is confirmed and sent, the deduction is completed and diamonds cannot be returned.
The live stream type is set by the streamer before starting the stream and cannot be switched during the stream. If the streamer wants to switch to a video live stream, they will need to end the current stream and start a new one.
