SWAG strictly prohibits deceptive content and fraudulent activity. To help protect your account and financial security, this article explains common scams, SWAG’s position on fraudulent behavior, and how you can identify and report suspicious activity.
Common Scams and Spam Tactics
Stay alert if you encounter any of the following. These activities are strictly prohibited on SWAG:
Redirecting users off-platform: Using sensational or misleading content to encourage you to click a link that actually directs you to a website outside SWAG.
Malicious links: Directing you to websites that distribute malware, steal personal information, or contain other harmful content.
Get-rich-quick or money-making schemes: Promising cash rewards, guaranteed profits, or “get rich quick” opportunities, or asking you to pay someone above you and recruit others into a multi-level marketing scheme.
Spam and flooding: Posting large amounts of repetitive or meaningless content or comments, often to increase traffic or collect personal information.
Comments designed to obtain personal information: Comments intended to collect your personal information or persuade you to leave the platform.
What SWAG Will Never Ask You to Do
A simple rule for identifying scams is to be cautious whenever someone asks you to complete a transaction outside the platform or provide account information. Please remember:
Official SWAG accounts will never send you a private message asking for your account credentials, password, or verification code.
SWAG does not provide any feature or service that allows Diamonds to be transferred to another account. Anyone claiming they can transfer Diamonds between accounts is attempting to scam you.
SWAG will never ask you to make payments or complete transactions through channels outside the platform, such as private bank transfers or another app.
⚠️ If someone contacts you offering services such as “cash top-ups,” “top-ups on your behalf,” or “ways to make money,” do not provide any account information or complete private transactions. Doing so may result in financial loss or account theft.
How Do I Report Scam Content?
If you find content or comments that appear fraudulent, deceptive, or spam-related, please report them using the platform’s reporting feature or contact online Customer Support. We will review the case according to our platform policies and may take actions such as removing the content or suspending the account when violations are confirmed.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to videos, images, live stream content, live stream comments, and other SWAG product features. The examples above are not exhaustive. SWAG may also determine whether content constitutes spam or fraud in accordance with the 【Terms of Service】.
