Changing your SWAG login password regularly can help protect your account. SWAG uses an email verification code when setting or changing a password. Follow the steps below.

⚠️ Requirement: You must link an email address before the 【Set Password】 option will appear under 【Manage Profile】. If you currently use Google or Apple ID Quick Login and have not linked an email address, complete the linking process first. For details, please refer to: How Do I Link or Change My Login Methods?

Steps to Set or Change Your Password

From the home page, tap your 【Account】 profile picture in the lower-right corner.

Tap 【Settings】 in the menu.

After opening Settings, tap 【Manage Profile】.

Tap 【Set Password】. The system will begin the verification process and send an email containing a verification code to the email address linked to your account.

Check your email for the verification code, then return to the page, enter the code, and submit it.

After verification is completed, the 【New Password】 and 【Confirm Password】 fields will appear. Enter your new password in both fields. The entries must match exactly before the 【Save】 button becomes available.

After the password is saved successfully, the page will display “Account linked successfully,” confirming that the password has been set or changed.

💡 Password requirements: Your password must contain at least 6 characters, include both English letters and numbers, and is case-sensitive. For the complete requirements, please refer to: How Do I Set a Login Password?

What Should I Do If I Forgot My Password or Cannot Log In?

If an email address is linked to your account, you can reset your password as follows:

On the login page, tap 【Forgot Password】→ Enter the email address linked to your account → Complete verification → Set a new password → Log in again using the new password.

⚠️ The password reset verification email will be sent to the email address linked to your account. Make sure an email address is linked and that you can still receive messages at that address before logging out. Otherwise, you may not receive the verification email and could be locked out of your account.
