For online transaction security, when you enter your card number to pay on our website, you will be redirected to your issuing bank's verification page. The bank will send a SMS verification code to the mobile number registered with your bank to ensure the transaction is made by the cardholder.
If you encounter error messages on the [Issuing Bank Page]—such as incorrect verification code, unrecorded or deactivated phone number, or card locked/restricted due to multiple failed attempts—please contact the customer service hotline on the back of your card for assistance to restore card functionality.
Why did the authorization fail? Possible reasons include:
Incorrect Information Entry: Wrong card number, CVV/CVC, expiration date, or SMS verification code.
Card Status Issues: Expired, reported lost, replaced, or non-activated card.
Credit Limit or Bank Restrictions: Insufficient credit limit, or transaction declined by the issuing bank (e.g., risk control flag, disabled overseas/online foreign currency transaction feature).
Pending Payment Processing: You recently paid your credit card bill, but the bank has not yet posted the payment, temporarily restricting online purchases.
Exceeded Single Limit: The transaction amount exceeds the bank's maximum allowable per-transaction authorization limit.
System Busy or Maintenance: The issuing bank's system is busy, experiencing network congestion, or undergoing routine maintenance, causing timeouts.
🟡 Important Notes:
Only the cardholder has authority to request personal financial details and credit line updates from the issuing bank. If the failure is due to system maintenance (Reason #6), we recommend waiting one hour before trying again.
Bank SMS notifications are for authorization and transaction alerts only; official charges depend on the store's transaction result.
If a transaction fails, we cannot request payment from your bank (only successful transactions will appear on your monthly bill. Feel free to call your bank's 24-hour hotline to verify).
Late Night/Weekend Tip: Banks often schedule system maintenance on weekend nights or early morning hours. If you encounter maintenance, please try again later or use a card from a different bank.
