If you have several favorite hosts, you can add their chatrooms to your favorites. Favorited chatrooms will be pinned to the top of your chat list, so you do not need to scroll down to find them each time.
How Do I Add a Chatroom to Favorites?
You can use any of the following paths. Choose whichever method is most convenient:
Method 1: From the Chat List
【Chat】→ Open the private conversation with the host → Tap “⋯” in the upper-right corner →【Add to Favorites】.
Method 2: From Your Following List
【Profile】→【Manage Profile】→【Following】→ Tap the chat button next to the host’s name → Open the private conversation → Tap “⋯” in the upper-right corner →【Add to Favorites】.
Method 3: From Unlocked Items
【Profile】→【Unlocked Items】→ Select the host → Open the private conversation → Tap “⋯” in the upper-right corner →【Add to Favorites】.
💡 You can pin multiple hosts you regularly chat with.
How Do I Remove a Chatroom from Favorites?
Use any of the paths above to open the host’s conversation, then tap “⋯” in the upper-right corner and select the option again to remove the chatroom from your favorites.
⚠️ Pinning Requirement: There Must Have Been Activity Within the Last 90 Days
If there has been no new activity in a chatroom for more than 90 days, the chatroom cannot be added to favorites.
Please note that if the conversation has been inactive for more than 90 days, a pin icon may temporarily appear when you select “Add to Favorites.” However, because the activity period has expired, the pin will automatically disappear after the page is refreshed.
To pin the chatroom again, first complete a new interaction with the host, then add the chatroom to favorites again. Please refer to the section below for activities that count as an interaction.
Can’t Find a Chatroom? It May Have Been Hidden Due to Inactivity
A chatroom’s display status changes according to recent activity. The applicable time periods are as follows:
No New Activity for More Than 90 Days
The chatroom can no longer be added to favorites. If it was not already pinned, you will not be able to pin it afterward.
No New Activity for More Than 120 Days
The system will automatically hide the conversation from your chat list. Even if you added the chatroom to favorites within the first 90 days, it will still be hidden together with its pinned status if no new activity occurs by day 120.
A hidden chatroom has not been deleted. Your conversation history with the host will remain stored, but the chatroom will temporarily stop appearing in your chat list.
How Do I Restore a Hidden Chatroom?
Use any of the following methods to reopen a hidden chatroom:
Method 1: From the Host’s Profile
Open the host’s profile and tap the 【Chat】 button at the bottom of the page.
Method 2: From Your Following List
Go to your 【Profile】→【Following】, locate the host, and tap the 【Chat】 button on the right.
Method 3: From Unlocked Items
Go to 【Profile】→【Unlocked Items】, locate the host, and tap the 【Send Gift】 or 【Chat】 button at the bottom.
Once you complete a new interaction with the host, the chatroom will reappear in your chat list.
What Counts as an “Interaction”?
The following actions count as new activity in the chatroom and will reset the time periods described above:
Sending a Message
This includes text messages, voice messages, and multimedia messages.
Sending a Gift in the Chatroom
Sending a gift to the host from within the chatroom also counts as a new interaction.
About Conversation History
SWAG currently does not provide a feature for deleting conversation history. Neither an entire conversation nor an individual message can be deleted.
Even if a chatroom is hidden due to extended inactivity, the conversation history will remain. When you interact with the host again, the complete conversation history will become visible again.
