Hi, what do you need help with?

Here, you can find the information you need.

I feel deceived as the creator's content in the livestream doesn't match the advertised show title.

If there are disputes or issues regarding the performer not following the performance title during a live broadcast, please provide the following information:

  1. Your SWAG ID
  2. Performer's ID
  3. Screenshots of the conversation or relevant references (including log and expenditure records)

Click on the "Online Customer Service" in the bottom right corner to file a complaint. The review process takes several working days, and after the investigation is complete, a representative will proactively contact you.
