Linking multiple login methods helps ensure that you can still access your account after changing devices or if one login method becomes unavailable. We strongly recommend linking at least two login methods so that you do not lose access to your account if a single method stops working.
Link or Change a Login Method
Login methods can only be managed through the web version:
Click your 【Profile Picture】 in the lower-right corner of the web version to open 【Profile】.
Go to 【Settings】→【Manage Profile】→【Account】→【Linked Accounts】.
From this page, you can link a new login method or change your existing settings.

Available Login Methods
SWAG uses your email address as your primary account identifier. You can also link multiple login methods for convenient one-tap access:
Phone number
Fingerprint/facial recognition login(biometric authentication)
Apple ID
💡 We recommend linking biometric “Quick Login.” Once it is linked, you can access your account without entering a verification code from your third-party account each time.
Set a Login Password
To log in with a password, go to 【Manage Profile】→【Set Password】.
🚨 Please note: You must link an email address before you can set or reset a login password. If you currently use Google or Apple ID Quick Login and have not linked an email address, link one before setting a password.
For complete password setup instructions, including the email verification code process, please refer to: How Do I Change My Password?
⚠️ Forgot Password and Account Recovery
When you use 【Forgot Password】, the password reset verification code will be sent to the email address linked to your account. We therefore recommend checking the following in advance:
If you may need to use 【Forgot Password】 in the future, confirm in Settings that an email address is linked to your account and that you can still receive messages at that address. Otherwise, you may not receive the password reset email after logging out and could lose access to your account.
We recommend linking a Gmail address. Some email providers, such as QQ, Yahoo, and Hotmail, are more likely to filter system emails, which may prevent you from receiving verification or password reset messages.
Important Information for Apple ID Login
Authorization Update Reminder
If you use Apple ID Quick Login, you may need to update your Apple account authorization following a service upgrade. When the system displays an authorization update notice, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
For details, please refer to: 【Important Notice】Service Upgrade: Update Your Apple Account Authorization to Ensure Continued Access
Did Apple ID Login Create an Additional Account?
If you already had a SWAG account but used Apple ID to log in from the registration page, the system may have created a separate new account.
In this situation, the mistakenly created account must be deleted before your Apple ID can be linked again. To avoid accidentally deleting your original main account, please contact online Customer Support directly. Our team will guide you through the account-linking process safely.
