If you are a non-Taiwan user, please first ensure that your current payment currency is set to Singapore Dollar (SGD). If the currency does not display SGD, please switch it to SGD first.
After confirming the currency, please follow these steps to make your purchase:
Tap the Profile Icon in the bottom right corner of the platform, then select Buy Diamonds.
Select SGD as the currency and tap the diamond package you wish to purchase.
Choose your preferred payment method: Credit Card.
❗ Please note: Third-party payment processors usually process transactions within 30 minutes to 1 hour after payment. Please wait patiently and avoid submitting duplicate payments.
❗ Please keep your transaction/receipt details safe until the diamonds are credited. Otherwise, online customer support may be unable to assist you using your order number.
❗ If your payment was successful but the diamonds have not been credited after more than 1 hour, please contact customer support. Our support team will submit a manual audit request to our partner payment provider during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, daytime).
Credit Card If you choose "Credit Card" payment, you will need to enter a new card number and complete verification for the first time. Once successful, the card will be saved to the platform so you won't need to re-enter it next time.
🚨 Note: Credit card payments may incur foreign exchange rate differences and cross-border transaction fees, so the final charged amount may be slightly higher.
