❗ Please keep your transaction/receipt details safe until the diamonds are credited. Otherwise, online customer support may be unable to assist you using your order number.

❗ If your payment was successful but the diamonds have not been credited after more than 1 hour, please contact customer support. Our support team will submit a manual audit request to our partner payment provider during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, daytime).

USD Credit Card

• If you choose "Credit Card" payment, you will need to enter a new card number and complete verification for the first time. Once successful, the card will be saved to the platform so you won't need to re-enter it next time.
