SWAG Diamonds cannot be gifted or transferred to another account in any way. They can only be used by the account that originally purchased them.

SWAG Diamonds (SWAG Points) are linked to the account used at the time of purchase and are an exclusive usage benefit of that account. Under the Terms of Service, accounts are for personal use only and may not be sold, rented, lent, or transferred to another person. Therefore, Diamonds also cannot be indirectly transferred by handing the account over to someone else.

Do Diamonds Expire?

Diamonds do not have a set expiration date. As long as your account remains in good standing, you may log in and use them whenever needed.

However, please note that under the Terms of Service, any remaining Diamonds in your account will permanently become invalid and cannot be restored or returned under the following circumstances:

You Request Account Deactivation

Once the account is deactivated, all remaining Diamonds in the account will permanently become invalid.

Your Account Is Deactivated for Violating the Terms of Service or Applicable Laws

Once the account is deactivated, all remaining Diamonds will permanently become invalid and cannot be restored or returned.

Extended Period of Inactivity

If you do not log in to SWAG for an extended period and still do not log in within 7 days after receiving an official notice, your account may be deactivated. Any remaining Diamonds in the account will also permanently become invalid.

💡 Recommendation: If you do not plan to use SWAG for a while, we still recommend logging in periodically to keep your account active and prevent deactivation due to prolonged inactivity, which could make your remaining Diamonds unusable.

How Can I Support a Friend or Host?

Although Diamonds cannot be transferred to another account, you can still use your own account to directly support a host you like. For example:

Send gifts or interactive commands in a live room.

Purchase Limited-Time Show tickets to support the host and help the show reach its target.

Unlock paid content published by the host.

⚠️ Beware of “Diamond Top-Up” and “Diamond Transfer” Scams

Because SWAG Diamonds cannot be transferred between accounts, anyone claiming that they can do any of the following may be attempting to scam you:

Transfer your Diamonds to another account.

Provide low-cost Diamond top-up services.

Unlock a Diamond transfer feature that does not exist.

Do not provide anyone with your account details, password, verification code, or other personal information. Do not make any private transactions or payments outside the platform.

SWAG will never ask for your account password through private messages or require you to make payments outside the platform. If you encounter a suspicious message or transaction request, please use the report feature or contact Customer Support at support@swag.live.
