Dating & Agreement Regulations

To maintain a healthy and safe social environment, this platform strictly prohibits any form of breach of agreement. All creators must read thoroughly and abide by the following regulations:

I. Pure Dating/Social Interaction Only

All date invitations and content must be explicit, wholesome, transparent, and public.

  • Compliant Dating Activities: Legitimate leisure and entertainment activities such as dining out, outdoor shopping, karaoke (KTV), watching movies, or visiting art exhibitions.

  • Prohibition of Sex Work/Commercial Sex: Soliciting adult actors, friends with benefits (FWBs), one-night stands, or any form of implied sex work or quid pro quo transactions is strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibition of Sexually Suggestive Language: Dating descriptions must not include any gray-area or suggestive terms (e.g., "doing bad things," "let's talk in person," "you know what I mean," "private interactions," etc.).

II. Platform Cash Flow & Transaction Security

  • Diamonds as the Exclusive Currency: Any accepted agreement must be transacted uniformly using the platform's "Diamonds."

  • Prohibition of Cash Transactions: Accepting cash, bank transfers, or any other off-platform private transactions is strictly prohibited. Once verified, it will be treated as a major violation, and the platform will impose severe penalties.

III. Performance Deadlines & Refund Mechanism

Once both parties reach an agreement, the creator must fulfill the terms within the designated time limit. If the agreement is not completed past the deadline, the system will automatically refund the full amount of Diamonds to the user, and no payout will be settled for the creator.

  • 【In-Person Date】Performance Deadline: The dating itinerary must be completed within 30 days starting from the day the agreed Diamonds are received.

  • 【Media/File Delivery Agreement】Delivery Deadline: If the agreement involves digital content such as delivering customized videos or sending photos, it must be fully delivered within 7 days starting from the day the agreed Diamonds are received.

  • Breach of Agreement & Refund Procedure:

    • If the agreement is not completed past the deadline (over 30 days for in-person dates, or over 7 days for media/file delivery), it will be directly deemed a breach of contract. The Diamonds will be fully refunded to the user who filed the report, and the creator automatically forfeits the earnings from that transaction.

  • Liability Exemptions: If the failure to fulfill the agreement is caused by the user's unilateral cancellation, abandonment, or failure to show up as agreed, this refund policy shall not apply, and the creator may retain the earnings.
