1. Payout Currency & Calculation Method
Calculation Method: As SWAG is a Taiwan-based platform, your earned "Diamonds" will first be converted into New Taiwan Dollars (TWD), and then converted into US Dollars (USD) based on current exchange rates for final settlement and payout.
Payout Channels: Payments can be received via a USD Bank Account or a USDT Crypto Wallet.
2. Account Submission & Payment Process
Official Signed Creators (Directly affiliated with Official SWAG)
You must provide your personal USD bank account or USDT wallet address.
If you have not provided an account yet, please contact Customer Support via the "Help Center." Support will notify an official manager during business hours to send you the account submission form.
Agency / Agency Family Creators
Payouts will be transferred in bulk to your agency or family manager's account, and they will distribute the funds to you.
You do not need to provide personal bank account information to SWAG. If you have any questions regarding salary distribution, account details, or payout amounts, please contact your agency or family manager directly.
3. Cross-Border Payouts & Transaction Fee Disclosures
Cross-Border Wire Transfer Fees: As this is an international payout, international wire transfer fees will apply (including fees from the remitting bank in Taiwan, intermediary/corresponding banks, and your local receiving bank).
Actual Received Amount: The final payout amount will be disbursed after deducting the aforementioned transaction fees. This is a standard and expected procedure for cross-border transactions. Thank you for your understanding.
