Guidelines for Streamer Agency Transfers

To effectively activate streamer resources that have been inactive for an extended period, while protecting the reasonable operational rights and interests of our agency partners and recommenders, these regulations are hereby formulated.

【General Provisions & Principles】

  • Criterion: These regulations are based solely on the streamer's actual activity records on the platform as the only criterion, regardless of whether they were recruited by an agency or by the platform.

  • Effective Date: These regulations shall take effect on the date of announcement. All pending applications prior to this announcement shall be subject to these new regulations.

I. Definition of Attribution

The term "Attribution" in these regulations refers to the streamer's on-platform attribution record registered within the platform's system (including agency attribution or official platform attribution).

II. Conditions for Accepting Attribution Changes

  1. Application Threshold: If a streamer has no record of broadcasting, sending private messages, or participating in platform activities for 6 consecutive months prior to the application date, a new agency may submit an application for an attribution change or takeover.

  2. Non-Eligibility: If the streamer has any activity record within the aforementioned 6-month period, the platform will not accept any application for an attribution change.

  3. Scope of Application: This clause applies to all streamers, regardless of whether their original attribution was with an agency or the official platform.

III. Principles for Handling Suspended Accounts

  1. General Suspension (Non-Permanent): For streamers whose suspension period has been completed and who are not permanently suspended, new agencies or recommenders may only recruit and take them over after the suspension period has ended AND they have accumulated 6 consecutive months of no activity records prior to the application date.

  2. Permanent Suspension:

    • Streamers who are permanently suspended are strictly prohibited from re-entering the platform in any form. Agencies and recommenders shall not recruit, take over, or assist them in resuming broadcasts.

    • Penalty: In case of any violation, the platform will immediately terminate the account and will not calculate or disburse any agency fees or recommendation fees generated by said account.

IV. Principles for Recommendation Fee Granting and Determination

Recommendation fees are one-time rewards provided by the platform for streamer recruitment. The distribution principles are as follows:

  1. Identity Verification: Recommendation fees are determined based on the streamer's national ID and past recommendation fee payout records. They will not be issued repeatedly due to re-registration, account changes, or attribution changes.

  2. Eligibility for Official Streamers: If a streamer originally belonging to an agency transfers to become an official platform streamer, and no recommendation fee has been claimed for this streamer in the past, a recommendation fee may still be requested provided that the current recommendation criteria are met.

  3. Conditions for Re-generating Recommendation Fees: If a recommendation fee has previously been claimed for a streamer, the streamer must have no activity record on the platform for more than 1 consecutive year. Only after returning to the platform and meeting the eligibility criteria for the recommendation system can a recommendation fee be generated again.

The platform deeply appreciates and respects the ongoing dedication and cultivation provided by our agencies and recommenders. This policy adjustment aims to revitalize the platform's overall resources and build a healthier ecosystem for streamer development. Thank you to all our business partners for your understanding and cooperation.
