By using Moor, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or are dissatisfied with Moor, we recommend that you stop using Moor.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the application, the official website, or other reasonable means. Additionally, when logging into Moor, you may be required to accept the updated Terms (e.g., by selecting the "I agree to the Terms" checkbox). By confirming and continuing to use Moor, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms.
When using Moor, we will communicate with you electronically, including via email, push notifications, and in-app system messages. You understand and agree that agreements, notifications, and other communications provided electronically meet the legal requirements for written communication.
You acknowledge and agree that using Moor may incur mobile data charges, which are entirely your responsibility.
We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, to:
(i) Modify, suspend, or terminate Moor or any of its features.
(ii) Restrict, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to Moor or any of its functionalities.
(iii) Delete, block, or prohibit content you post on Moor.
(iv) Investigate any suspected misuse or illegal activities on Moor and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in their inquiries.
SWAG Terms of Service
SWAG is a pay-to-view social messaging application service that allows users to create and post private photos and videos to earn potential income. These Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the "Terms"), govern your use of SWAG. By using SWAG, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, or if you are dissatisfied with SWAG, your sole remedy is to stop using SWAG. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will endeavor to notify you by posting a notice within the app or on our official website, or through any other reasonable means. In addition, when you log into SWAG after an update, we will require you to agree to the updated Terms (for example, by checking an "I Agree" button). Your expression of consent and continued use of SWAG constitutes your agreement to such updated Terms. When you use SWAG, we communicate with you via electronic means, including emails, push notifications, and in-app system messages. You acknowledge and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal writing requirement. You acknowledge and agree that using SWAG may incur mobile network data charges, and you are fully responsible for all such data costs. We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, without liability and with or without notice, to: (1) Modify, suspend, or terminate SWAG or any of its features; (2) Restrict, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to SWAG or any of its features; (3) Delete, block, or prohibit any content you post on SWAG; (4) Monitor your use of SWAG for compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws (including any content or messages you post or send on SWAG); (5) Investigate any suspected or alleged misuse or illegal use of SWAG, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
02 Using SWAG You can allow your followers to see the photos and videos you create and post on SWAG. You can also follow or view photos and videos of other SWAG users, as well as send private messages to them. Photos or videos taken using the SWAG camera feature are exclusive to SWAG; you may only view this content within the SWAG app, and it cannot be shared or exported outside of SWAG. For paid content, creators set a specific amount of "SWAG Points" based on their desired pricing, from which SWAG deducts a minor platform service fee. Followers must spend an equivalent amount of "SWAG Points" in the app to obtain a "limited viewing license" for that content. Please note that this action only grants you permission to view the content within the SWAG platform; it does not confer ownership or permanent retention rights. Regarding the retention of paid content and user rights (Unlocked Items/Favorites), please carefully review the following rules: (1) Ancillary Nature of License: The viewing license purchased for paid content is strictly dependent on the content's ongoing existence on the platform. If the paid content is taken down, your viewing license for that content terminates immediately. (2) Synchronized Removal of Favorites and Achievements: To ensure content consistency across the platform, when content is deleted or removed from the platform, it will simultaneously be removed from the user's "Unlocked Content" and "Favorites List (Unlocked Items)". Users will no longer be able to view, access, or play the content on any page. (3) Assumption of Risk: Before deciding to spend points to unlock content, users must fully recognize that content may disappear at any time due to creator preferences or compliance requirements. The platform bears no liability to refund points, restore content, or provide any form of compensation for the termination of viewing licenses or removal of favorite records resulting from content deletion. Important Notes: (1) We do not own or control user content on SWAG. All user content traded and interacted with on SWAG remains strictly between the creator and their followers. If SWAG removes any content in accordance with legal requirements or streamer requests, users shall have no right to object. (2) If creators organize private events through the platform, such activities are unrelated to the official platform, and the platform assumes no responsibility for compensation or refunds. (3) If users have objections regarding a creator's interactive content or performance (including but not limited to live interactions, command execution, event arrangements, or other promises), they must submit a report or complaint to the platform within three months from the date of the event. Reports submitted after this period may not be accepted, and the platform is under no obligation to assist with mediation, compensation, or refunds.
03 Eligible SWAG Users SWAG is a social messaging platform designed for respectful and responsible adults. Users may create any video/photo/text content, which may include adult material. When you begin using SWAG, you acknowledge that the app contains adult content, and you represent and warrant that: (1) You are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (2) You will fully comply with these Terms; (3) You accept full responsibility for using SWAG on any device, whether or not that device is owned by you; (4) You accept full responsibility for any content you create or provide; (5) Your use of SWAG will not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
04 Account Registration You must register an account to access and use SWAG. During registration, you must provide a valid email address, username, and password. You must also set up a SWAG profile and related content to complete your profile. Please note that during the account creation process, we may require your mobile phone number for verification. Before completing your SWAG registration, you represent and warrant that: (1) All personal data and content provided during account registration (including content imported from Facebook, Twitter, or other social media services) are accurate and true; (2) You have not previously registered or owned a SWAG account (including accounts registered under a different email, username, or phone number); (3) If you previously owned a SWAG account, your old account was not suspended or terminated for violating these Terms; (4) The account you register on SWAG is personal and lawful, and you will not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your account to any other person without our prior written permission; (5) You cannot and will not attempt to log into SWAG through unauthorized third-party applications. You assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
05 Creator and Co-Performer Identity Verification Mandatory Third-Party Age and Identity Verification: To ensure a safe environment and strictly prohibit underage usage, all creators must undergo mandatory age and identity verification before uploading or monetizing any content. SWAG integrates industry-leading third-party KYC providers (such as Shufti Pro) to conduct rigorous identity checks. This automated process performs real-time Liveness and Biometric Checks, securely comparing live selfies or video dynamics against unexpired government-issued photo IDs to verify that users are at least 18 years old. Co-Performer Verification: SWAG strictly prohibits content featuring unverified third parties. Any individual appearing alongside the account holder (creator) in any content must undergo independent identity and age verification through our integrated KYC provider (Shufti Pro). Co-performers must complete this verification on their own devices using a dedicated secure link. Creators are strictly forbidden from asserting or guaranteeing a co-performer's age or identity on their behalf. 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement: All content creators and co-performers are verified as consenting adults. SWAG explicitly requires all individuals appearing on camera to provide digitized, verifiable consent records. To comply with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and its related regulations, SWAG acts as the statutory records custodian, maintaining secure and auditable verification records, government-issued IDs, and explicit consent documentation trails for all performers and co-performers.
06 Content Moderation, Pre-publication Screening, and Safety Protocols SWAG employs a comprehensive, multi-layered content moderation system that combines automated AI software with human review to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Pre- and Post-publication Review: All creator content is subject to strict pre-publication screening before becoming accessible on the platform. To achieve this, SWAG utilizes advanced AI video understanding and object detection tools (such as TwelveLabs) to proactively scan for severe policy violations (including the presence of weapons, violence, CSAM, or non-consensual scenarios). Content flagged by our AI software or reported by users is immediately escalated to a trained human moderation team (Tier 1 and Tier 2 senior moderators) for contextual review and facial verification matching against KYC records. We also perform continuous post-publication monitoring and live stream surveillance to ensure ongoing safety. Reporting, Escalation, and Response Time (SLA): We provide a 24/7 reporting mechanism ("Report Abuse") for both registered users and unregistered visitors. SWAG enforces strict resolution timeframes: High-Priority Incidents: Complaints alleging severe violations (including illegal content, non-consensual material, or suspected CSAM) trigger an immediate account freeze and will be investigated and resolved within 24 hours. General Violations: Other policy violations will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days. Any detected severe violation will trigger a mandatory escalation workflow, resulting in immediate content removal, permanent account suspension, and cooperation with relevant law enforcement agencies or hotlines (e.g., NCMEC) as required by law.
07 In-App Purchases To view paid content created by others, you must purchase and spend an equivalent amount of SWAG Points within the application. App stores may charge sales tax depending on your location (please review your respective app store's terms and policies for details). Important Note: All SWAG Points purchased in-app are strictly non-refundable. You explicitly understand and agree that neither creators providing paid content nor SWAG shall have any liability or obligation to refund SWAG Points purchased to view paid content for any reason. You also agree that corrective adjustments will only be made if an error occurs in your account balance due to SWAG software maintenance or technical glitches.
08 Account Deactivation Deactivation by User If you wish to deactivate your SWAG account, please contact SWAG Customer Support at support@swag.live. We will terminate your account within 60 business days of receiving your deactivation request. Important Note: Upon account deactivation, any remaining SWAG Points in the account will be deemed permanently forfeited. Deactivation by Official Management You explicitly understand and agree that we reserve the right to deactivate your account under the following circumstances: (1) You violate these Terms or any applicable laws while using SWAG; (2) You fail to log into SWAG for more than 60 days and remain inactive 7 days after official notification. Important Note: If your account is deactivated for the above reasons, any remaining SWAG Points in the account will be deemed permanently forfeited.
09 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer SWAG provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding completeness, reliability, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law: SWAG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. SWAG is not responsible for content uploaded by third-party content providers (creators). SWAG's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to SWAG in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be negotiated in good faith. If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court. You must resolve any claims, causes of action, or disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or SWAG exclusively in the Taiwan Taipei District Court. Legal Inquiries: support@swag.live
