Off-Platform Promotion

What does this setting do?

When enabled, you agree that SWAG may use content you have publicly posted on the platform for SWAG’s official off-platform promotional purposes. SWAG will not ask for your permission or notify you each time your content is used.

You can turn this setting on or off at any time in Moor Settings.

What content may be used?

Only content that you have publicly posted on SWAG may be used, such as:

  • Public videos

  • Livestream footage

  • Livestream highlights

The following are not included:

  • Content shared in private messages

  • Private or unpublished content

  • Original materials that you provide separately to SWAG but have not publicly posted on the platform

If we need you to provide additional materials or create new content, we will contact you separately for confirmation.

Where may my content be used?

Your content may be used for SWAG’s off-platform promotion, including:

  • SWAG’s official social media channels

  • SWAG advertisements

  • Promotional content on YouTube, through social media creators, or other partner channels

  • Other off-platform promotional activities intended to promote SWAG

As long as the purpose is to promote SWAG, your existing public content may be used by SWAG or its partners.

If a collaboration involves you endorsing, promoting, or representing another brand under your name, or requires you to film, create, or provide specific content, we will contact you separately to confirm the collaboration details.

Will I be notified before my content is used?

No.

Once this setting is enabled, SWAG may use your existing public content for the official promotional purposes described above without asking for your permission or notifying you each time.

If you do not want any new promotional materials to be created using your content, you can turn this setting off at any time.

Will I receive additional compensation for this type of off-platform promotion?

If SWAG is only using content you have already publicly posted for SWAG’s official promotional purposes, no additional appearance fee or compensation will be provided.

If a collaboration requires you to film or create new content, provide specific materials, or participate in other activities, we will contact you separately to confirm the collaboration terms and any applicable compensation.

When will SWAG contact me separately?

We will contact you separately if a collaboration requires additional participation from you, such as:

  • Filming or creating specific content

  • Providing additional materials

  • Participating in an offline shoot or event

  • Any other collaboration that falls outside the scope of the off-platform promotional use described above

Enabling this setting does not mean that you have agreed to any of the above collaborations.

Can I turn this setting off at any time?

Yes. You can turn it off at any time in Moor Settings.

Once turned off, SWAG will no longer select your content to create new off-platform promotional materials.

However, promotional materials that were already created, published, or in use before you turned off the setting will not be automatically deleted or taken down.
