Earnings Settlement & Payout Rules
1. Payout Schedule & Thresholds
* Settlement & Payout Date: Earnings from the previous month will be settled and paid out on the 15th of each month (if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payout will be moved up to the preceding business day).
* Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts will be processed once accumulated earnings reach a minimum of NT$3,000.( Around $100 USD)
* Below Threshold Handling: If monthly earnings do not reach NT$3,000( Around $100 USD), the system will convert the diamonds into the corresponding monetary value and store it in your backend account. Earnings will continue to accumulate until the threshold is met for payout in a subsequent month.
2. How to Check Your Exact Diamond Count for the Current Month
Because the timing of the system's "previous month diamond deduction" process may vary, the diamond count displayed on your moor profile page may include both "remaining diamonds from last month" and "new diamonds earned this month."
To check your exact earnings in diamonds for a specific month, please follow these steps:
1. Tap the Diamond Count on your moor profile page.
2. The system will redirect you to the Revenue Analytics page.
3. Use the custom date range selector at the top to choose the start and end dates for the month you wish to view.
> Examples:
> * August Earnings: Set the date range in "Revenue Analytics" to 8/1 – 8/31. These earnings will be paid out on 9/15.
> * November Earnings: Set the date range in "Revenue Analytics" to 11/1 – 11/30. These earnings will be paid out on 12/15.

⚠️ Special Notice: Discrepancies in Revenue Analytics Data
Under certain circumstances, the diamond count displayed on your "Revenue Analytics" page may differ from the "actual total diamonds paid out."
Common Reason:
This discrepancy occurs if diamonds are reclaimed within the month (e.g., following a user report of a policy violation, an investigation confirming the breach, and verification with the streamer or their manager, after which admins manually reclaim/deduct diamonds via the backend).
Impact:
When a deduction occurs, differences between the timing of the backend deduction and the system's statistical logic may cause the "diamond count shown on the Revenue Analytics page" to disalign with the "actual total diamonds disbursed upon final settlement." The final payout amount will always be based on the final settlement data after deducting non-compliant diamonds.
