Customer Service Background

Hi, what do you need help with?

Here, you can find the information you need.

Post Introduction

You can share your life with everyone by posting photos or long videos using the Post feature.

💡 Note: A single post can only contain EITHER "photos" OR "a video"—you cannot combine both in one post!

📷 Upload Guidelines & Diamond Settings

1. Photo Posts

  • Quantity Limit: 1 to 10 photos (both vertical and horizontal formats are supported).

  • Diamond Unlock Settings: 0 to 600 Diamonds (in increments of 60 Diamonds).

2. Long Video Posts

  • Video Duration: 1 minute 01 second to 60 minutes.

  • File Size Limit: Up to 8 GB.

  • Diamond Unlock Settings: 0 to 1,800 Diamonds (in increments of 100 Diamonds).

  • Recommended Format: Horizontal videos work best.

⚠️ Reminder: The video must include an audio track. Muted videos (without audio) cannot be uploaded.

🚀 How to Publish a Post

  1. Open the Creation Page: Open the Moor App, tap the "+" create button at the bottom center of the home screen, and select "Post Content" .

  1. Select Media: Choose the content you want to post (1–10 photos OR a 1–60 minute video).

  2. Add Caption: Enter your text description on the editing page.

  3. Select Category: Choose a category that matches your content.

⚠️ Friendly Reminder: The category must strictly match the visual content, otherwise it may affect your creator rating!

  1. Set Diamond Unlock Price: Set the required number of Diamonds for subscribers to unlock your content.

  2. Schedule Post (Optional): If you need to schedule your post, you can set your preferred publication time.

⚠️ Special Note: Single Photo vs. Stories

When uploading a single photo, a "Story" toggle will appear at the bottom of the editing page. If turned on, the photo will be published as a Story instead of appearing on the main post feed. Please double-check before publishing!

⚠️ Important Publishing Guidelines (Must Follow)

  • 👤 Self-Appearance Requirement: If the Post requires Diamonds to unlock, you must appear in the content yourself.

  • 🚫 No Duplicate Uploads: Do not upload duplicate content. If detected by system or manual review, the content will be removed immediately, and any Diamonds earned from user unlocks will be clawed back.

  • 🏷️ Accurate Category Selection: Categories help interested users discover you! The selected category must strictly match the actual content displayed. Misleading category selection will result in a score deduction.
